Amanda Jennings, Client Relations
Amanda’s outstanding knack for customer service has made her a wonderful addition to our Gold Key Team. She helps to answer all our clients’ questions and concerns and is always there to lend a hand when you need her. Although Amanda is new to the industry, her excellent computer skills and willingness to learn have proven her ability to strive in the industry.
In the office, Amanda creates and emails quotes to new clients, she corresponds with existing clients, and helps to process paperwork for our plan administrators. She also helps with a number of different organizational tasks, forever improving our online filing systems.
Having completed several different courses, Amanda has a varied background which helps her to be a well-rounded customer service representative. She has completed her Oil and Gas Administrative Diploma, her Medical Office Administrative Diploma, and is a Certified Level One Child Educator. Amanda has also won many awards for meeting and/or exceeding monthly quotas in her previous place of employment.
When Amanda isn’t in the office she enjoys attending Paint Nites, going to the movies with her kids and friends, and of course, shopping! Overall, Amanda brings a welcoming attitude to work with her each day, brightening the office with her friendly personality.
